When you discover the types of goals that really motivate you, you will learn more about yourself. It took me many years to realize that pursuing material goals always left me unmotivated. In my heart, I really didn't take money seriously, nor did I have the motivation to achieve these goals. If necessary, I will retire on a park bench with a "Food for Blog" sign.

What really excites me is helping people grow. When I see people making major breakthroughs in personal growth, I am always ecstatic! This seems to be the best motivation for my actions. Work hard

Self-discipline

This may persuade you to buy a lot of garbage you don t need, but it s not the way to fill your life with a sense of success and accomplishment.

Even if you have a strong motivation to achieve the goal that really motivates you, sometimes your motivation will weaken, and you must use your willpower to move on. Self-discipline is being willing to do anything to achieve the results you want regardless of your mood. When you feel unmotivated, indifferent, bored, or lazy, self-discipline will inject another wave of motivation into you, allowing you to move on. This is your "failure protection system", an incentive to back up.

It is great to be full of energy, but this kind of motivation is not stable, it has peaks and valleys. Even if you love what you do very much, there will still be many tedious and difficult tasks that you don't like. For example, you enjoy spending time with your children, but there will still be a few days that make you feel that taking care of them is a chore. Of course, you can take a break. You can ask for help when you need it. But even if you take the time to fix it, you still feel that you don t have enough motivation from time to time. There are several obstacles that will try to deny your power and make you give up your goals, thereby weakening you. When you recognize these obstacles, you will learn to embrace your own power and use it wisely. No matter how powerful you were in the past, your true power is still waiting for you.

I was very surprised by the tremendous changes this habit brought me. In the past, the first thing I did every day was to check my mailbox. It took about 1 hour to process and reply to various emails. Now I prefer to deal with them later in the day, less than 30 minutes on average. I will enter a more concise message, because when I finish, my workday is over.

Get your personal rewards at the end of the day, not at the beginning. Saving the best until the end will make you look forward to it, and you will find that every night makes you look forward to it even more. Finish your work early every day, then relax and enjoy the rest of the time.

If you are a very competitive person, use your natural advantages. The competition is very motivating, and the motivation to win will help you develop your strength. People usually work harder to win than for personal results. The game makes your power visible to the naked eye.

I have participated in several speech contests, because the contests prompted me to work harder to hone my skills.
